Tonic water, no ice?”

Flight 4761’s Passenger 24A, about half way across the Pacific, turned from the window and accepted the plastic glass with a warm smile.  “Perfect.  Just the way I like it.”  It was only about two more hours before the plane would land in Los Angeles.  One more flight and then HOME.  Gazing at the darkness beyond, Passenger 24A sipped the carbonated water and smiled.
